We offer helpful “Learn & Improve” communications, including product onboarding tips and updates to keep you informed about our latest features. Our goal is to make sure you have everything you need to make the most of our platform and meet your unique needs.
Your content will be securely stored in Germany. Rest assured, we will only access or use your content when it’s necessary to maintain or provide our platform services, or if we’re required to by law. We respect your privacy and will not disclose your content to any government or third party unless legally obligated.
We handle your account information with the utmost care, following our privacy policy. Sometimes, we need to process service attributes in Germany for things like billing, administration, support services, and investigating fraud or violations. But don’t worry, we’re committed to protecting your data.
We strive to keep all information on our website and platform accurate and up-to-date. However, sometimes errors or typos may slip through. You might want to use encryption to protect your content from unauthorized access and routinely archive your content, just like locking up and safeguarding valuable treasures.
You can only use our platform services for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Here’s what you agree not to do:
- Don’t use our platform services in ways that break any laws or these terms.
- Don’t engage in conduct that could harm Core Ocean, other users, or expose them to liability.
- Don’t use devices, software, or routines that interfere with our platform’s proper functioning.
- Don’t introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious material.
- Don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or disrupt any part of our platform or any connected server, computer, or database.
- Don’t attack our platform via denial-of-service attacks or any other disruptive methods.
- Don’t attempt to interfere with the platform’s proper working in any other way.
Additionally, you can’t, and you can’t allow anyone else to, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or try to figure out the source code of our website’s software without written permission from us or a third party.

Core Ocean content and third-party content may be provided under separate agreements or licenses. In case of conflict between this agreement and a separate agreement, the separate agreement will prevail regarding the specific content it covers.
You and any end users must use our platform services only as permitted by this agreement. You can’t:
- Modify, distribute, alter, tamper with, repair, or create derivative works of any content included in the platform services unless expressly allowed by a separate license.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the platform services unless applicable law permits it.
- Access or use the platform services to avoid incurring fees or exceeding usage limits.
- Resell or sublicense the platform services.
